Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
As mentioned in our FAQ section we currently only ship within the United States of America. If you're from Canada, Mexico, UK, etc. please get in contact by email before making a purchase, and maybe we can work something out. All rugs are double bagged in poly mailers and taped up with packing tape. Multiple rugs will be boxed up. The base price for shipping on most 30" rugs is $15.
Return & Exchange Policy
Also previously stated, if you wish to return a rug please contact us by email to start the return process. If the buyer is willing to pay for the cost to ship it back to us, we will fully refund the buyer once the rug is back in our possession. But we will do everything in our power to make the rug to your liking in advance to avoid this altogether.
