  • How to begin the return process?
    If you would like to return your rug, ship it out within seven days of receiving it. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs, and once the item makes it back to us we will refund your money.
  • Where do we ship to?
    Currently we only ship within the United States of America. If you're from Canada, Mexico, etc. and really want to purchase something please email us and we can discuss shipping and handling.
  • How to set up a custom order?
